Although most assignments are confidential for obvious reasons, searches can be conducted in methods at both ends of the spectrum. At one end is to conduct the search discreetly as to not raise any concerns for ones own safety or in total secrecy. The other end is done overtly to send a clear message to employees reminding them of a company’s Zero Tolerance policy. Searching methods are discussed with the client and conducted accordingly, depending on the client’s desired goal. All searches are conducted within the law by off-duty California Law Enforcement Officers. Each officer is hand picked from specialized units within law enforcement and each has a minimum of ten thousand plus hours of experience.
